How to sync VS2017 with tablet on windows 10 for web debug?

I have a web project in asp core. I need to add some touch processing for navigating the site on a tablet, and this needs to be debugged and tested somehow. What are the viable options for all this? So that by running a project on a computer, I could open a browser on a tablet and see how the page works.
