How to sync a WebStorm project?

Can a WebStorm project be synchronized between two computers? So that the changes made on one computer with one click (or better automatically) are made to another.
I know it's just possible to do something similar using GitHub, but I've never used it before. Unsuccessfully tried to understand what is what and how everything works.
There is also a Synchronize button in the File menu. Just did not understand what it is and where it synchronizes.

The Synchronize button, EMNIP, synchronizes the project between the cache in memory and on the hard disk.
If you're having trouble with git, you can start by syncing through Dropbox (or another similar service). But you still need to know git, you won’t go far without it now.
