Eclipse vs AndroidStudio: which one to choose?

So the time has come when I decided to go to the next stage of development, and learn to code not for desktop or web. My eyes fell on programming for android. And now the most important thing: I get used to the IDE very, very difficult, slowly, just like my first love, but then it remains in the habit for a long time. I ask for advice in the experienced: which of the IDEs is better? Better, I mean not coolness and code completion, etc., but a set of all kinds of tools, plugins and goodies.

about AndroidStudio, more precisely intellij-idea, you can talk a lot and for a very long time!
I've been sitting on it for half a year, I'm not happy! in the literal sense, not a week goes by that I would not exclaim "GOD, yes you and THIS, you know how?!?!" the reasons for such emotions are enough to go to Habr and read about the intellij line from JetBrains or go to YouTube and watch their TV, just yesterday or the day before yesterday again an article about PhpStorm and its capabilities ....
as for Eclipse, you can do the same in it as in intellij-idea, but this needs to be installed 100500 plugins, and taking into account the fact that there is a free version of intellij-idea CE and that intellij-idea itself costs $200 for an individual and $500 for a company, then there is no need for Eclipse itself and plugins for it .

There is nothing to think about. Google is ditching Eclipse in favor of AndroidStudio. As a platform for java IDE, Idea, on which AS is based, has long overtaken eclipse in terms of convenience.

Using Eclipse, I wrote a whole game and compiled it, it turned out to be 270 KB. And with the help of Android Studio, I wrote a simple "Hello World" and also compiled it, I learned 900 KB. Although Android Studio is nicer to use than Eclipse.

I started with eclipse, but I like Android Studio more. I worked in these ide a little, because. I’m just learning, I won’t say anything in detail, but it’s much more pleasant to work in Android Studio.
Unless eclipse has a bun, it's a synchronization plugin with git, but it's not hard to do by hand either.

I worked in Eclipse for a long time, since June I switched to Android Studio. I'm happy with everything, there is a plugin for working with git (I work with bitbucket). Of course, so far there are minimal jambs, but in general I am very pleased with the transition to AS.

People, maybe I don’t understand something, but AndroidStudio is the same Eclipse, but with the packages thrown out. I also use it for Java and for C / C ++. And I use remote control which seems to be created for PHP.
