How to install joomla on cloude9 IDE?

If you worked in Cloud 9 IDE, then I hope you can tell me! Good afternoon, I created a PHP type workspace, downloaded joomla, unzipped joomla, installed mysql, started mysql. I went to index.php, filled in the field in the "Site Configuration" tab, went to the "Database" tab, started filling it out, on this site it says to indicate in the host name field - 0.0.0.0, but I get an error: "Failed to connect to the database Error message text: Could not connect to MySQL.". What should I do???
