How to sync a new folder from a remote server in PhpStorm?

I created a project from a remote server via ftp, when creating it, I excluded those folders that I do not need, and uploaded those that I need.
But then I needed to return one of the excluded ones to the watch list. In the Remote Host panel, I did Remove Path From Excluded, and it turned green, but did not appear in the project files.
I tried to do Syncronize '%dirname%' in the context menu of local folders, but nothing happened. I also tried dragging the folder from the tab of the remote server to the tab of the local copy, the folder and files are created, but when saved they are not sent to the server, and external changes are not tracked.
Please tell me how to solve this problem, thank you very much!

Right click on the desired folder in RemoteHost -> Download from here
