Issue your root certificate, have them sign the certificate for the server. Install the root certificate on all machines of the enterprise. Something like this

Although there is already a solution, I will write my own version. I use letsencrypt for such purposes. I installed it on an internal server with Apache and there is no need to install a certificate on all machines within the network.
