How to switch to another Windows profile when connecting via RDP?

Hello everyone, actually you need to implement the following: When computer A connects to computer B via RDP, on computer B you need to organize a transition to another account.
I tried to do this through tscon, but alas, it only works with accounts that are active (which the user has already logged into), and I would not like to load them every time.
There are thoughts to implement through the task scheduler, but I don’t have the slightest experience with him
please help

Connect to Service and that's it.

Well, this is elementary - connect via RDP to Vasya's session and watch what happens there on your computer. Why is there a browser?
