How to switch tabs in the browser automatically by interval?

There are two resources in two browser tabs, either of the latest browsers, let's say Chrome.
The task is to switch two tabs at intervals in the background, without user intervention.
There is direct access to a computer that displays content on a TV panel in the lobby.
Mac or PC is not yet known, if there is a cross-platform solution in the form of some kind of widget in Chrome, it would be normal. I didn't manage to gobble it up myself.
