How to Switch from Proxmox to Hyper-v?

Good afternoon, the problem arose of switching from proxmosk to hyper-vi, the question is not in installing or configuring a hypervisor, but in transferring virtual machines from one type to another. What methods can be used to solve this problem without reinstalling guest OSes?

I remember once upon a time I went from VirtualPC2005R2 to Virtualbox, but there was still a problem with firewood, modern wasps no longer have this.
I would do this, create an empty VM with a board in Hyper-V, and then use clonezilla. clonezilla has an option to copy an entire disk over the network. That is, load the above vm (proxmox) from the clonezilla image and an empty vm too. Then with the first (proxmox) say that you want to copy the disk over the network.
The advantage of this solution is that you do not need to copy a virtual disk for conversion.
