How to sue a plagiarized website in another country?
Hello, I made a website for a client, used my own design, my best practices, everything went perfectly and both the client and I were satisfied.
A year and a half later, the following situation arose: a client contacted me with a complaint that such a site already exists in Belarus (Belarus?).
The age of the domain is half a year. The client is extremely concerned and wants to sue. It turns out that there will be litigation with a citizen of another country. Is it even possible?
Thanks for the info, this is my first experience with this.

The client needs to register a trademark. The price depends on the number of countries in which this registration is required and in general doing business. Obviously, Belarus should be included here. After that, a trial and removal of the domain is possible with a high probability (depending on the degree of similarity and popularity of the name itself).
