Contract agreement when applying for a job as a programmer?
Good evening. I am now getting my first job as a programmer - in the company I liked the most of all, they offered an internship for one month, followed by a device under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, but they will issue me under a contract for this month.
I googled about this contract - as I understand it, they will prescribe specific work that I will have to perform, or do they not write such things? Because I am a green June, then I would not want to be tied to a specific amount of work and, in the end, get nothing for their incomplete implementation.
And in general - is this a normal practice in IT and what points should you pay attention to directly when concluding this agreement?
