There is a form that opens in a modal window, there are a lot of such windows, and the names of all fit through the admin panel and ACF fields, you need to transfer the name of the modal window to the form as a hidden field, I have been asking for help for 5 hours I have been looking for nothing like this, maybe someone came across, thanks in advance .
