How to style {sort} tag in dle?

The task is to make in dle some kind of sorting analog with vk or tj or other large sites (example in the screenshot). Or, for example, like on the toaster on the main one. All that I managed to do at this stage can be seen in the screenshot. Now a question. How to make it so that when you click and activate a tab, for example, Commented, it is underlined like the word All in the screenshot?
