How to stream video via wifi router to multiple devices synchronously?

Good afternoon! There was a task to organize a network in which several devices (up to 30) can receive video synchronously by connecting to one wifi router in the local network.
Interested in how it is, in principle, really possible to transfer 30 streams of fullhd video through 1 router, if the video is the same. And will a laptop connected to the router via cable be enough to deploy a server for such a purpose.

The transmission of this type of signal is carried out using multicast, that is, the transmission proceeds according to the principle from one to many.
In this case, the laptop that will give your video stream will only need to send data once. I don't think it's a big burden.
It is more difficult to transmit multicast over Wi-Fi. Indeed, it is also possible to send multicast packets to all devices at the same time from one point, but this depends on the equipment. Some wi-fi APs don't know how to multicast and convert everything to unicast - one stream each. In this case, this is the load on the access point, proportional to the number of clients. The same APs that are able to multicast send these packets at the lowest available rate to ensure delivery reliability. This speed may be enough for FullHD, respectively, it is necessary that the point supports the basic rate setting.
Here is what they write about it, for example, Mikrotik

I strongly advise you not to use a radio (WiFi or something else), but a cable. For the radio is extremely poorly scaled by the number of devices.
