Today I learned that almost a year ago telegrams had the opportunity to stream audio and video using the html 5 player.
I couldn't find instructions on how to do this.
There is streaming audio and video broadcasting, I want to implement the ability to listen and view sweats in the telegram.

it seems that there we are talking about the fact that video files uploaded to the server can be viewed on clients without downloading the entire file, but as a stream. Incl. quickly jump to another place in a long video and immediately start watching. So far, there seems to be no
possibility of live video broadcasting in Telegram.
