How to stream desktop with sound to local network (Linux)?

Hello. Faced with the need to stream the desktop and sound to the network.
I tried the following options:
VLC-v4l2loopback-network
ffmpeg
Can you suggest any possible options under Debian(Linux), maybe you do it somehow differently.
The stream will be for 30+ clients.

As for 30+ clients, I can’t say for sure, but you can also demonstrate the desktop in:
1. TeamViewer (and transmit sound too, in conference mode, including, we usually use it when conducting private lessons)
2. Skype (in the conference too, you can think of something by transmitting sound)
3. Tox (the Windows version can transfer the desktop, I haven’t had time to check it under Linux yet, the sound too)
4. VNC
5. There are a lot of different extensions for chrome that allow you to demonstrate screen, perhaps among them you will find something for yourself
6. As the author mentioned above - OBS, its charm is that you can not only broadcast the desktop, but also set up a scene (or several) and use any modern browser as a client. Nginx can be used as a (re)translation server . We usually use this option for public broadcasts or YouTube recordings.
