SFTP quotas in chroot?

There is a server with chroot jail in /chroot/sftp . openssh-sftp-server is also spinning there

Subsystem sftp internal-sftp
ChrootDirectory /var/spool/sftp
AuthorizedKeysFile      /etc/ssh/authkeys/%u

Users upload files to /chroot/sftp/var/spool/sftp/home (or /var/spool/sftp/home from their view).
What options are there to add quotas for users and their groups?
1. Standard ext4 quotas - all users are in the chute, so only uid is visible
2. Give each user his own lvm - a lot of trouble with mounts and the number of users
3. zfs & zpool?
4. ?

@Sanes

Regular disk quotas will work fine.
