Recommend GUI client for Postgresql under Linux

Advise how to look at the data in a very large database and work with them. PgAdmin3 and PhpPgAdmin try to suck the whole table into RAM at once, and there are several gigabytes of data, as a result, the program freezes while reading from disk. I would like some Grid to dynamically upload data from the table as it scrolls, i.e. to turn the mouse wheel, and the program dynamically requested more and more new portions of data to display on the screen. Are there such GUI (desktop or web) clients?
