How to straighten text in Photoshop?

Photoshop can't align text properly. Any other elements without problems, but with the text, no way. I use the distribution of centers horizontally. What did I miss, what is my mistake?

If you need the same spaces between words, then break into blocks and then align.
In one block, you can nicely align only when each menu item consists of one word, by setting the justification in the paragraph.
