What are some free website mockup tools?

Hello. I need to mock up the site. Tried to find a free mockup tool. And, as it turned out, there are no free ones. I found moqups.com, but there is only a trial for 300 objects (and this is not enough even for one normal page).
Perhaps someone knows about such free online/offline tools.

Чаще всего на бумаге калякаю, и заказчик рад, что ждать не надо долго, и я, что не надо заморачиваться особо. :)
