How to make 2 other divs pop out from behind one div?

Hi hubrists!
I have a site where there is a table with something like this:

Also for each "raw" div I have two blocks of text. Moreover, they can be larger in height than the "raw" itself . How can I make it so that when this div is clicked , other blocks move out from behind it, shifting the next rows of the table down? If possible, I would like to add smoothness to this. Thank you in advance.
