How to store a file fragmented, with the possibility of usual. reading?

Windows 10.
You need this:

  • The file is stored in fractions of 2GB max. (cloud restrictions);
  • Any place in the file is readable without downloading its beginning;
  • Work with t.z. user as with a regular file

 I tried the 3rd point by creating a multiarchive (without compression) and then mounting it as a disk, but the mounting software apparently does not support multifile archives - I tried winmount, prismo file mounter .. I didn’t go further, it’s unlikely that their creators even thought about such archives.
 I tried to find software for software raid0 - I didn’t find anything free or even warez .. - it’s strange, because, kmk, creating a virtual file (hard link) by reading it from fragmented sources in different places is a simple task .. (as well as a folder with such files ).

If you watch the video, then you can use mkv with linking parts.
MKVToolNix can cut files into pieces and link them automatically. The built-in MPC splitter can combine such files when viewing.
I can’t say for the search speed, but it can take a long time to open for playback if the media is not very fast, and there are a lot of files, because it will check all the files in the directory in order to collect the timeline.
