How to make a desktop screensaver using python?

There was an idea to make a screensaver on the desktop, on which there would be a clock, various data would be displayed (weather, currency, etc.). What is an approximate algorithm of actions?

1) Open Google.
2) Search for "Python Dynamic Wallpaper", "Python interactive Wallpaper"
3) See what's missing.
4) Download Rainmeter (or type Conky Alternatives for Windows in the same Google), and don't think about it.
Or... Generate a drawing every minute and change it to a new one so that the clock is displayed correctly...
