How to stop virtual camera coordinates outside of Cinemachine?

The use of Cinemachine is of course a good thing, it’s adjusted and everything works fine, there is only one small but - if it rests, for example, up the screen and move the mouse / finger up, then the camera will stand still as it should, but at the same time the coordinates of the virtual camera are added, as a result of this, if not lifting the finger/mouse to start moving down, the camera will stand still (until the coordinates of the virtual camera are equal), or you need to release the finger/mouse and then move...
In general, such a slight inconvenience, I would like the camera to immediately go down even if without removing the finger / mouse, but for this, as I understand it, it is necessary that the coordinates of the virtual camera are not added when I go beyond the boundaries, how to do this?
I tried to give her the coordinates of a real camera when it goes beyond the boundaries, then the screen twitches ...
Tell me how to be?
