How to step by step show text on button click?

There is a text, let's say 5000 characters.
It is necessary that at first only 1000 characters (and ...) are visible and the "Next" button is shown.
When you clicked on the button, another 1000 characters were opened, and so on until all the text appears (the button disappears).
Just cutting off the text is not a problem, but it is not possible to show it in parts.
