How to start translating other people's articles?
There is a site dedicated to a certain technology, there are articles, all kinds of books and video courses over the hill.
I want to make translations from English into Russian and put it on my website.
Is it possible to somehow protect yourself, let's somehow beat everything that it is the users themselves who translate and post articles on my website.
If there is any complaint, which in fact is extremely unlikely, then in principle I am not opposed to deleting material that users themselves allegedly publish.
The trick is that for some material I'm going to take symbolic money from Russian-speaking users)

Either way, it's a copyright infringement. Without royalties (well, or a fixed amount), you can’t just take and translate the material of another author. If you still take money for this, it will only worsen the violation (and punishment).
On the other hand, if you use English-language material for reference purposes, change it a lot, make your own examples and illustrations, then I think you can. At the same time, do not forget about the copyrights of the people who will do all this, legitimizing the transfer of relevant rights through contracts.
Whether you take money or not doesn't really matter. There is an interesting feature here - you must translate or process the author's text, you must do this with the consent / under an agreement with the author / copyright holder. At the same time, you will also have the exclusive right to the translation itself, regardless of whether there is such consent / agreement or not. By the way, the same applies to text processing. It will not be a violation of rights, by and large, only if you write your own article on the same subject.
In general, you can be advised to contact this site and conclude an agreement with them, if they agree, you will calmly translate for yourself, and pay them a little if the money goes.
