For autostart: in the BIOS of many motherboards, it is possible to select a mode in which the power will be turned on at ANY power supply, regardless of whether the computer was “turned on” the last time
AC_POWER_LOSS or a similar option: POWER_ON to always turn on, LAST_STATE to turn on only if it was turned on before. and Freezes
