Friends, help solve the issue. There is a video file that needs to be streamed via RTSP from one computer and received on the second computer. We tried all the profiles available in vlc (such as Video- H.264 + mp3 (mp4)) and the result is zero. Changed the protocol to http - the video played. But we need the multicast rtsp protocol, there is no other way. Tell me how to organize the stream via rtsp?
