How to start nettop?

Good day to all.
I ran into a problem for the first time, I can’t even think of what to do ...
Bottom line: there is a Pegatron Amis L6 D525 nettop, win7 is / was on it
During normal boot - at the moment of entering the login / password, a search for a problem / error / system restore comes out, but nothing does not find and does not exit, error.
You can try to find a system restore point, but it suggests logging in under the G1USER and UpdateUser accounts, but I don’t know the passwords of both (the nettop was given for recovery, they also don’t know the data).
I tried to enter through safe mode / last good boot / debugging service, etc. through F8 - everything stops at some kind of error and does not load further, or even one single boot stick blinks and .... Error Loading operation system.
There is no CD / DVD-ROM, I registered in the BIOS settings that the boot was first from USB, then from the hard drive. On USB, using the official Microsoft program, I made a bootable win7 (via iso file) - but still, when booting from USB, after a long time, an error occurs as above, Loading ....
What can be done in this situation? ... take it to the service Centre? How can I try to do a manual reset myself? Ideas that were - nothing happens ..

@EHappy

Everything turned out - I rolled up a live CD from a USB flash drive - I cleaned it and fixed what I wanted, after that - also installing win 7 from a USB flash drive. Everything works, there are drivers left :)
The problem is solved, thanks to everyone!

If there is no password on the BIOS, boot from a USB flash drive. And roll Windows again.
If there is a password, disassemble and disconnect the battery for 15 minutes by disconnecting from the power supply. After removing the battery, it is also necessary to hold the power button for 1-2 minutes.
The battery is fastened on a loop with 2 contacts and is dressed in plastic. Or maybe in this model, she is in a special bed on the board.
