Hello, how can I start the server?
Yesterday I installed MySQL - a server for development. Through the command line after entering the password, I got access.
Now I'm trying to enter a password, I entered it, but then the console closes and I don't have time to read the error ... I
connect through the Navicat Premium program, but the same thing, but it shows an error. (Error: can t connect to mysql 10038)
What should I do?((

You didn't give details, but I'll try to guess.
If you have Windows and MySQL as a service, then you need to find the MySQL service and start it.
Or from the consolenet start mysql
