How to start learning to develop in programming?
Good evening! Until next winter, I am absolutely free and I have a lot of free time, and therefore, I don’t want to just wipe my pants, but to engage in self-development.
The question actually is this: tell me where to start? It is very difficult to find the right material yourself, and then still tie everything into one.
For starters, I want to at least create my own website or forum, on my own engine. What to read, watch? How to grow to the level of the front end? Then I want to go to the back end, which is why I'm even more interested in php material.
In simple words, describe the training scheme to me, please.
1. Studying such and such technology, reading such and such a book.
2. And so on.
I would like to clearly follow the plan and come to the final goal.
I look forward to your kindness and help. Thank you!

Are there any other areas besides IT?)
Take up drawing, reading business literature, write poetry.
IT is not self-development, it is professional education and professional activity, and if you can’t even google what you need, then you can already put an end to your career as another Indian IT specialist) Because even Indians don’t ask such questions.

Why start with front-end if you want to be back?
In short.
- You choose the technology that you need, read/watch the database, if it's a video course no more than 2 hours (it will fade anyway :) )
- You start writing a project using this technology.
- If problems arise (and they will arise if the task is close to reality, and not copying todo applications from youtube) - refer to the documentation and stack overflow.
For starters, I want to at least create my own website or forum, on my own engine. What to read, watch?
Here is a link to a quite good practical guide for a beginner developer with pictures. The road will be mastered by the walking one. Good luck...
