How to start learning programming to become an excellent specialist?

Good afternoon ! I decided to go to university with a degree in programming. The computer science teacher knows nothing except Pascal, the math analysis teacher is a drunk, etc. . I have a great desire to learn and "learn everything" in this direction, from the very basics. I decided to choose my own learning algorithm for myself and start studying on my own.
I want to know how networks work from the very basics, right down to: How a signal is formed in a modem, where and how it poisons this signal, what it gets in the end, be able to program microcontrollers and assemble different things, know how a computer works and what happens in the processor know how bank cards, magnetic readers, etc. work. , .
You probably already understand what I mean.
I decided to start studying with these sciences:
Mathematics, English physics, circuitry - to have a strong base.
But then what to study? computer science, programming (what languages, there is a desire to be able to program both in low-level and high-level languages) Networks, frequencies, how and where to find all this? ?

As for English: if you have at least basic knowledge of English, then you can simply use this language in all systems, IDEs, etc. If unknown words appear when working with the English system, then write them out in a dictionary and learn. This approach is not very difficult, you quickly get used to it. This will give you the basics of technical English. Very useful page (English for programmers) . Also watch all films in English. If you already have average English skills, then you can look at courses from Harvard on the basics of programming. You will perform two tasks at once (programming + English) cs50.tv/2017/fall
