How to quickly upgrade your skills in development?

Good afternoon!
"Every person wants to realize himself. And self-realization occurs through creativity. And creativity is always possible only after a certain level of professionalism." (with).
I got interested in learning Java programming while working as a tester. So far, I have studied only OOP, Java Syntax. Java Core, Spring, Hibernate are ahead. But already now, looking through the requirements for the "Java Junior Developer" vacancy, there is a bewilderment that there is still a lot to learn, know and be able to do.
Question: How to quickly upgrade your skills in order to start developing something worthwhile and useful?
How did you raise your value as a specialist? Can the first time often change jobs (every 3 months for example), thereby gaining new experience from various projects? Share your experience.

Надо гнаться не за скоростью, а качеством усвоения знаний. Читайте учебники, экспериментируйте с пет-проектами и обязательно устройтесь на работу, так как реальную практику и общение с профессионалами ничто не заменит.

1. A developer is not about resting on one's laurels, the more you study, the clearer that you won't learn all the knowledge.
Plan: java core learns from books/videos/courses.
You can get practice, for example, by solving problems on sites such as hackerrank. Plus, try some technologies from vacancies, trying to use them to file like helloworld +. For example, a chat on sockets, a site, a small rest service, crud to the database. You can combine everything into one. Do not get hung up on trifles in home projects, first the main functionality, then polishing and features.
And look for a job, do not be shy about going to an interview, because if you don’t go, then you definitely won’t be hired. If you get settled and don't give up on training, you will soon realize that it has become much easier to learn new things.
Good luck
