How to start learning Backend?

Good afternoon. At the moment I know technologies such as HTML5 / CSS3. I want to become a Backend Developer. Please advise what languages, frameworks are best to start with, what resources, sources or books you recommend to a beginner. I think to start learning as the first PL - JAVA (Backend), since in the Republic of Kazakhstan, they are in demand and there are a lot of vacancies, and I like the language itself. I would like to hear the opinions and advice of people who are well versed in this topic. Thank you for your attention.

Learn what you like best. Demand is good, but if you do not like Java, then you will not become a specialist in it and you will not earn normal money
