Advise how to act in conditions of high uncertainty. It is planned to start the development of an e-commerce project to create an MVP (Lean Startup). At the moment, the mandatory characteristics of the product are not fully defined, how to choose a platform for a quick start (external contractors)? Immediately choose a leader - Bitrix / Magento with a "groundwork for the future" and then move to a custom solution if we run into the boundaries of the platform? Start with a custom solution on your knees and then move to a platform "adult" solution? Another variant? Thanks

For an MVP, use one of the e-commerce platforms with a free or trial plan, like Ecwid, etc.
After you test your hypotheses and get sales, you might consider switching to a paid plan or another platform.
