How to start an instance of SQL Server?

Hello!
OS: MS Windows Server 2008 SP2 RU 64Bit
Installed - Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1) I try to start the SQL Server instance
according to the instructions , but nothing is displayed in the SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Either I, or the skis don't go...
I tend to the first :)
In the services I checked for the presence of at least one associated with MS SQL Server, I did not find anything.

You have not installed SQL Server itself, only its configuration tools.
