How to start a windows service, after I removed one dependency from another service, without rebooting?

There are 2 services A and B. Service A depends on service B. Now I stop them, remove the dependence of service A on B through the registry, and also delete service B through the registry. I look in the properties of service A, the dependence on B disappears. But after I try to start service A, it doesn't start because it can't find service B. And after reboot it starts normally. how to saw off the dependency and start the service without rebooting?

You can manually through process hacker or control panel-administration - services.
And what kind of processes, dependencies are not installed for beauty, incorrect work is possible.
UPD, the question is not entirely clear, if the service is not needed, you can put a delayed load, it is not necessary to cut everything out of the registry.

Delete service A and register a new one.
