How to stabilize the voltage of a car socket when ignited?

When igniting, the voltage in the socket "sits down", what circuit can be used to stabilize the power so that it does not fall? in electrical engineering is not very strong, and it only comes to mind to put a capacitor in parallel.

In some cars, the power from the cigarette lighter is turned off at the time of start. This is done intentionally, unnecessary consumers are turned off. So the capacitor won't help.
