Can you help me complete the scheme for switching on the LED strip when the door is opened through the reed switch?

The bottom line: the front door opens, a light diode tape lights up in the corridor. The door is equipped with an opening reed switch (normally open).

The first thing that comes to mind is to embed the reed switch directly into the circuit with the tape, but I understand that the reed switch is more likely to burn out or stick, so this option disappears:

On the Internet, no one gives an exact answer, but it is advised to try through the relay.
My version looks like this: (random relay photo from the Internet)

I'm not good at this. Can you advise which relay to take and how to connect it (if the relay is like from the diagram, then there are 6 slots for connecting wires - which port to connect to)?

See notation: COM = common, NO = normally open contact, NC = (in this context) normally closed contact. You need COM and NO.

Buy a ready-made kit with an IR sensor for an obstacle, why do you need a reed switch?
They are available for both 12 and 220 volts. Google something like this: An infrared switch for an obstacle (IR) or or for movement (RIP) can be found with a timer.
PS You would probably need a timer.

It's a good idea to add another turn-off delay relay so that the light does not go out as soon as you close the door.
