I have a problem connecting to the server of some game. I play for 5 minutes, then the connection to the server is simply lost.
The whole insidiousness is that I have excellent Internet, in some places more than 500 Mbps, especially with other games there is no such problem.
I dare to assume that the problem is with the provider, because my friends who have this provider and live with me in the same block observe the same problems.
It also cannot be any Firewalls, since I play on a smartphone. I have a fixed IP address, so it's not NAT's fault. But then what? By itself, the connection cannot be lost, the problem is observed only with us, and no one else. There must be some clue to the problem?!

Set up a permanent trace with a destination port similar to those used by the game - see if there are any packet losses and if so, at what hops. If within the network of your provider, then it makes sense to contact him with this information. If further, it is usually problematic to do anything, except to play through a VPN traveling by other routes.
