You need to split the image across 10 TVs or more. The picture should not be duplicated, namely divided into all TV sets. Televisions are old. Can this be done on a budget?

Old is not a definition. You need to understand what inputs there are. And then googling something like monitor wall.
Budget is impossible.

TVs that are designed for video walls have both DVI inputs and outputs, and each TV has a setting that indicates which segment of the picture is allocated to it.
So TVs are simply connected by a chain and configured. In your case, you can look for a remote splicer (and they are ), but they are not budget-friendly, alas.
