How to split a partition in elementary OS in Gparted?

Hello. I want in advance that I just comprehend linux and am not yet very strong in it. In general, I need to split the sda2 partition into 2 parts. As far as I understand, this is done using "Change partition / move", but I have written that this section is fully used. He doesn't seem to be fully occupied though. Please explain what needs to be done to share it?
