When creating two servers on ISPconfig 3 error, how to fix it?

When executing the "SHOW SLAVE STATUS \G" command, an error 2003 creeps out and does not connect to "Slave_IO_running" in Google they write that mysql is off, but the statuses on both servers are active, maybe someone will give advice or links to articles, but how can I not raise ISPconfig on two machines, I will be glad and grateful for any advice
