Can't install package on Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS, what could be the problem?

can't install package on Ubuntu 16.04.1
LTS

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ap-hotspot

and then everything breaks, writes that the package was not found,
Unable to locate package ap-hotspot
when adding the repository it writes:

To add this PPA, simply paste this in a terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8

The required package is not built for 16.04 in this PPA, please direct all complaints to Alin Andrei, who owns this PPA.

Forget about installing the left rap, use the existing one:
