How to change theme in Linux Manjaro Gnome 40?

How to install some themes through the terminal, or graphically?
I know a site with themes: https://www.gnome-look.org/browse/
It says that you need to create a .theme folder, this is understandable, but you still need to write the commands that are indicated there, but when I write in the console it gives an error .

I'm assuming this is a command for another LInux system, but I'm not sure.

Put the unpacked files into the .themes folder, launch the Tweak Tool and select the one you need in the Themes section.

Enable the User Themes extension so that themes can be accessed from .themes.

It has its own theme manager, look in the basic applications.
