How to split a disk into several disks in linux mint after installation?

Actually the question is in the title.
Is it possible to divide a disk into 3 disks using standard tools or free programs, as advised in the official community?
At the moment, the disk is 450 GB, it needs to be divided into 150, 10, 290.
If not, is it possible during installation?

During installation, you can select the layout manually at the step of choosing a disk layout.
After installation, if it is a system partition (/), then only by booting from the installation disk. Regular program gparted.
