How to spend youth?

I am Danil Morozov. I am a programmer, web developer and copywriter. I am 16 years old and I am already a first-year student at the University of Mechanical Engineering, majoring in computer science and computer technology. The fact is that I passed the 3rd grade as an external student a long time ago. I can't say that I enjoy studying. More precisely, in the format of teaching a school or a university, I don’t like studying at all. I prefer self-education. And he entered the University because he wanted to move to Moscow, meet interesting people, go to events for startups, find a team and start a business. I wanted to go to different cultural places in Moscow. And it didn't turn out the way I expected.
During the few months that I spent here, I went to Moscow Science Week, Moscow Startup Day and the Stal accelerator hackathon, met several people. And that's it! I have to admit, I didn't do anything else. Studying takes too much time, even though I study at a not so cool university. And I'm almost sure that I won't give up the session. More precisely, they simply won’t let me see her, because I didn’t pay off all my debts. And... you have to go to your parents in Samara. So I think that if I leave the university, I won’t lose so much.
Do you think it is necessary to try with all your might to stay in Moscow or move to Samara? What are my prospects in Samara both as a startup and as a programmer (without work experience). Is it possible to spend some time building your portfolio instead of going to university?

At university, you learn to get out of various difficult situations - this will help you in the future. You will always have time to return to Samara!

Listen, stop blissing and pass your exams. The first course is no big deal.
A portfolio will not help you in any way. The current market situation is difficult. And before 18 you are unlikely to be hired.
Or change the university to a suitable one, if you didn’t get there at all.

In the first year, many students leave (130 students are recruited for 100 budget places, due to the fact that after half a year or a year 30 leave, 10 are transferred to paid education). From this point of view, you are one of many.
Find a way to cheat, learn, negotiate, prepare cheat sheets and pass. You are a copywriter. This experience will help you.
Now you have planning experience. You set the goal of organizing a team and creating a startup. As classes, they chose lectures at conferences, missing classes at the university. Perhaps it was the wrong choice. But this is experience. Get it out of your head for now. Make a note in your notepad.

The goal was to build a team.
September 21, went to the conference ...
- the quality of reports on the topic ... - 3/10
- the probability of gathering a good team for the project ... - 4/10
- the probability of joining the team in the direction ... - 7/10
- ....
October 21, went to the exhibition ...
- ...

After that, set a goal to pass the session.
