How to get adequate IT education in 30 years?

Hello! Please share your thoughts on my situation.
After school, he randomly entered a humanitarian university, which he dropped out in the 3rd year because of the meaninglessness of studying there. Since childhood, I have been connected with computers and all that, but for some reason I did not want to go to a technical university at 18. Actually, I dropped out of school due to the fact that I already worked in IT, now I work as a programmer, there is still room for growth, of course, but I want more.
First of all, I need knowledge, and after that, the crust will be a nice addition. I assume that it is quite possible to get fundamental knowledge and skills at a good university on a full-time basis, but alas, I do not have such an opportunity. There are almost no evenings and meetings left in Moscow, and you probably won’t be able to get any special knowledge from there. Self-study of the fundamental sciences needed for conditional data science or more advanced programming looks almost unrealistic.
How to be?

Yes, everything is very simple.
In fact, they do not receive adequate education. They take him.
Do not look for some institution where you are like and suddenly get an education.
You take it yourself, go to various online courses, and study the areas that interest you.
Completely in Russian, even more in English.
The same coursera.

Be simple. Find out that the original assumption is wrong. If a person is already working in IT, then he should understand that self-education is the basis of the basics. If this is still not clear, then I have big questions about how you even got into IT

now I work as a programmer, there is certainly still room to grow, but I want more.

If you are already working, then you should have the skill of googling and an understanding of what you lack in your work.

And there are evening and correspondence courses.
There are almost no evenings and meetings left in Moscow, and you probably won’t be able to get any special knowledge from there.

And why is that? Like, in full-time education, do you somehow magically get knowledge into your head?

If you want exactly DS, then learn mathematics, statistics, and so on - there are a lot of different books.

Well, then there is no point in going to university. Or did you think that they would chew everything up and put it in your mouth?
If you have not acquired fundamental knowledge in 10 years in IT, it smacks of incompetence.

It's not about being 30 years old.
And that it is very likely that education as such will be buried in the near future by total distance.
If full-time education is still left, then Moscow State University, Mekhmat or VMK. The first is better for the mathematical base, the second - in terms of application to programming.
