How to speed up Docker on Mac OS?

Hello. Installed docker. I connected the front + storage and api to it. As a result, I had a terribly long response from the pages. sometimes it can reach up to 7s. What is it connected with and how is it treated?

due to the low speed of the disk subsystem in the "native" docker.
the solution is to use docker via VMware.
