How to speed up app moderation in the AppStore?
Is it true that free apps with inapps are reviewed faster than just free apps?
And then I have been hanging for almost 4 weeks and no progress. I write letters, but they receive a standard answer that we are considering the application for a long time and this is normal. And here are the various searches suggested. What if paid and inapp apps are considered first? In principle, for a company that makes money on applications in the AppStore, this is logical. Please share your real experience in this matter.
Thanks for answers!

In general, they became somehow slow in the fall ... I also had to kick them in correspondence in order to still pass the review. Once they even took rejected binaries for review without us re-uploading it with corrections, and skipped it. They're weird in general...
Although this is not advertised - but yes, it also depends on who the account was registered for, applications from companies are always considered before those from individuals. Also, if your application uses any special API functionality (including hacks), it will be looked at with great care. And do not forget that if there is a very similar application from another major vendor in the store, then yours theoretically may not pass.
PS and do not forget about the magic item that allows you not to accept any application without explanation.
In general, I don’t see a connection between the review time and the price of the application, because you can change the price of the application at any time after the approval.
But inapes need to be checked additionally (test that you have connected everything correctly and what exactly is sold there, etc.).
You have 4 weeks hanging with what status though? In Review or Waiting For Review?
I saw a semi-legal hack somewhere, but it might not be worth the candle. You upload 6 applications to the app store (at least hello world) and wait, they all get into In Review the next day, you just take the fake ones. But for this you can get banned.
Have you already spent Expedited Review?
